iWyze disappointing

Took a House Insurance with iWyze. My roof was damaged by a storm, it took iWyze 3 weeks to send a someone to check the roof. After they assessed the roof they went quiet and I had to reach them multiple times, after a week they rejected the claim even though they say they cover roof due to storm damage. When I contacted they say it's because I am with them for only 3 months.
