iWYZE did me terribly wrong

<p> I got involved in an accident on the night of the 25th of January 2017. The tow-in-service guy came to ask if they should tow my car away from the accident scene. I told him I first needed to check with my insurance before any action. I made a call to the Iwyze ( 0 ********** 0 while at the scene. Spoke to a lady called Martha, who authorised the towing and storage, she directly spoke to the tow-in-service guy and gave him some instructions on what needed to be done with my car. The next day, on the 26th, when I called iWYZE, I was told that I actually DO NOT qualify for roadside assistance ( towing, storage e.t.c) They told me that they had made a MISTAKE by allowing me to benefit from the services last night</p> <p>( the night of the accident) . Much as they've admitted to having made a mistake by authorising the towing and storage of my car, they told me that I am liable for all the cost of those services. Had I known that i'll be liable for the costs, I wouldn't have accepted the services. I would have made other means to save myself from costs I was not anticipating. Anyway, I went to the tow-in-service to release my car on Friday, the 27th, since every hour was charged on storage. I had to bear the costs of course. I would like assistance from the Hallo.Peter.com to get the iWYZE to refund me all my money since they've even admitted being at fault. Calls of the 26th are recorded from my number to theirs. I called them for hours on the 26th, trying to get to the bottom of the situation, with no success. I have all proof of towing and payments. Thank you in advance! </p>
