iWyze Delay in Approving Replacement Parts

I had an one car accident on 11 Dec 2020 and I am still waiting for my car which was towed to Renew-it Rivonia. iWyze has not been responsive to my calls they drop calls without reason and make you wait for too long. Renew-it has sent request for approval for further parts for the repair and they have not been responding to the request and now its been 3months without my car. Very bad service indeed.
