Iwyze declined to pay me rewards of R505 without facts
Iwyze refused to pay R505 promotion rewards if they failed to beat your current insurance. I spoke to consultant submit all required docs and proof them later it was approved. Suddenly they declined to pay bcoz i only insured with my insurer for 11 months. I then say this is not fair bcoz even before i joined my current insurer i never claimed so this still put me in a good position to be paid. Unfortunately consultant couldn't assists me with this regards. She gave me this email to complain: *** which by default is not going through. I believe iwyze terms and conditions don't make sense and their not practical.
