William Walker from iWyze picked up my call after my 86 year old mother and I were a part of an attempted snatch and grab in Cape Town, both the passenger door and drivers door had been hit by huge boulders and I was still traumatized when William took my call - he displayed empathy, he asked if I was ok, he patiently listened while I relayed my story, he took my details told me how long I could expect the call to take, he managed my expectations 15min after he hung up the assessors contacted me, within 30min of me sending photos. William called me to advise outcome and next steps.
