Iwyze competition is a **** or *****?

Current situation : iwyze failed to beat my qoute twice, they said the arbitrators would call me. They called me and told me that, they can't match my qoute because my cover is based on trade value and their qoute is on market value. I decided to enter again and asked the consultant to qoute me based on the trade value,

The Consultant said my previous qoute was on the Trade value, the other consultant **** to me. Then she said, she took the matter further. And the other departments '' boss'' will call me, Since last week. I'm still waiting.

Last year I entered the competition, the first time. They couldnt beat my qoute and told me that thier going to match it to what I currently have with the other insurance. I refused and told them thats *****ing clients.
