Iwyze claims terrible- customer experience is terrible

IWyze and Old Mutual are terrible . If you are looking for insurance, please play far from these guys. A friend has household content cover with Iwyze, upon claim of one of their vehicles, the assessment took 12 weeks and then claim was rejected. upon rejection, a rejection letter was requested, to date hasn't been received. the customer experience is so low you cant even get a response from anybody, not from the assessor nor even the team leaders. before you try to get insurance from these guys please please be careful and read the reviews because Iwyze is the worst. Old Mutual is just terrible.
