Iwyze claims department is disgusting

Iwyze service is unprofessional and disgusting, The claims department agents lie a lot and hide behind those calls. My car was booked with their approved panel beater after I was involved in an accident, Now my car is not properly aligned and now they do not want to help with fixing the additional damage caused by the panel beater, they always refer me to the assessments team (Straighthrough) who always refer me back to Iwyze. What nonsense is going on behind all those phone calls? i keep calling your guys to help me with recoveries but they keep telling me its an external company and they are not providing me with details to follow up.
