IWYZE CLAIM SAGA TWO WEEKS ON

It's been two weeks since I submitted a claim. I get a call from an iwyze assessor every other day to ask me the same questions about whether I bought alcohol or not, establishments I went to, who I was with, timelines on the day of the accident, more personal documents including a bank statement, cartrack records and car computer access. I decided to give him all those because I have nothing to hide. He phoned my hospital and they confirmed that I was the doctor on duty that day looking after 42 patients in the ward. He is still not satisfied with all of that. He said he is going to phone me again on Monday or Tuesday to continue with his validation of the claim, yawn. Personally I'm bored with his phone calls, his line of questioning as well as his suspect reasoning and lack of basic legal knowledge. I'm now interested in how he was appointed an iwyze assessor in the first place. I regret moving my policy from Alexander Forbes.
