i was involve in an impact accident on the 29 November 2020 were they hit me at back on the stop signed. which affected my polo back side and front side with the steering wheel and seat belt were under tension.

when i called IWYZE to report the accident i did emphasizes the issues of Seat belt and Steering wheel and body that is damaged.

Then G n J Auto panel beater Assessor fail to identify that the seat belt and steering wheel that are no longer in operational .

Now IWYZE the claim that the seat belt and steering wheel they are not part of the accident damaged.

i did send them proof that the seat belt and steering wheel were operational before accident . Now they say the need a DIAGNOSTIC report from VW and their Specialist will assess the Report and give feedback .

This is frustrating for me now, because i used that car to go to work and now i m stack for 2 Months and Three week without a car.

Worse is that i don't get feedback from them every time i call to follow up about my car .
