Iwyze claim

My recent claim with Iwyze was hell of nightmare. The guy who was handling my claim was very unprofessional, I had to call him all the time. He will promise to call or commit to provide feedback but didn’t. I also have record of all call registers and everytime when he says he will do something he doesn’t I have to call him to do his work. I am very unhappy with Iwyze and the claim validator that I was assigned to
