Iwyze claim

I took out a house content insurance with them but the service rendered to me was worse. I had a break in in January 2024 and upon that I immediately contacted them to claim. Here I was thinking I’ll get the help of what I’ve been paying for as agreed. They rejected my claim saying there’s no proof of false entry. The assessor who came to my house twisted my statement saying I fixed the lockers using private company with no records. Nothing was fixed and then the claim was objected. Second time they rejected claiming the items were ****** by my domestic worker….I didn’t even have anyone working for me at that time. They’re twisting my statement again. The assessor asked me if I had any suspects and I told him I suspected someone might’ve tipped people of my living condition and those suspect might be the guys who built my wall (last year) or the man who comes to cut the grass. With that being said the items were ****** and I have been paying for them to be replaced in case of incident like this

While the relevant department is working on this. Please tell me why I was advised to open a case where the SAPS came and assessed the property/damages same day of incident. Are you guys saying the SAPS are lying and your assessor is right? Did you call the SAPS to find out if they really came in and found that there was forced entry? This is a robbing game. I have followed all the standard procedure and to add to that I have never skipped any payment.
