Iwyze claim

Im so disappointed with the service Im receiving from Iwyze insurance. My husband was involved in a car accident a month ago , I submitted a claim with the insurance got a reply that the car has been written off and they won’t be fixing it .documents were requested and we submitted now we still waiting for feedback on the way forward but nothing no communication whatsoever even after I’ve called insurance several times and the assessor dealing with our claim. it’s so frustrating because I’m still paying my monthly installment for a car which I don’t have.
