Iwyze claim

I would like to share the dissatisfaction that I received from Iwyze. On the 7th I had an accident on the R21 next to Emperors Palace. Someone bumbed my car from the back while I was driving on the slow lane. Up until today my claim has not been solved and it's like they are blaming me for the accident. They asked me for my 3 days tracker log. The day before the accident, the day of the accident and the day after the accident. I asked them how is my 3 days tracker log has to do with the accident. Still nothing from them. I am so disappointed in them.
