Iwyze car insurance is the WORST

Very bad service. Consultants dropping the line on me (Manager Ms. Puseletso L and her team mate Mr. Solomon N). This is all because I am trying to follow-up on my excess money recovery. My third party is insured with Brolink but still they insist on closing my case without my recoveries and my consent. I have been covered with them for about 5 years and this was my first claim (even though I was the one that was hit by a reckless driver).

Is it possible that Old mutual businesses are reviewed altogether. How can a company still exist with so many unhappy customers.
