iWyze Car Insurance is a Huge Disappointment!!!

I am extremely disappointed with iWyze. I got hijacked yesterday on the 30th of May 2022 at 07h36. I have been trying to call iWyze from after 8am and I was put on hold for over an hour then when it's almost your turn the call hangs up. I am still trying to get assistance as my car was pounded and I am being told that I can only be assisted in 10 - 15 days! I regret changing my insurance company to iWyze! Also being told that there are no tow trucks available at the moment. I was hjjacked with my son in the car! What if I was stranded on the side of the road and having to hold close to an hour and being told there are no tow trucks available. I am changing my insurance company.
