Iwyze car insurance

My brother inlaw experienced a bad experience with Iwyze insurance, he had a flat tire and he called them for assistance they didn't even answer his calls till today, he had to find his own people to assit him. Iwyze car insurance is not doing its purpose, they just want the money nothing else!!!
