Iwyze car insurance ****

I recently took out a car insurance with Iwyze, on the call I was informed of a promotion that they had where you get a certain percentage discount when you take the insurance. I did the quotation but when I finally took the insurance there was no discount mentioned. About a month after I was hit by a truck from behind and my car was damaged and I called the insurance people from Iwyze they did arrange the car to be towed and kept at a place for assessment, I waited for another long week and I finally decide to call them again to ask about the progress of my claim only to be told that I had an excess of almost R80 000 all because I did not take the car for inspection after I took out the insurance and yet they don’t give me the proof that I was told to do this. I also received an email saying the claim is rejected and closed and yet I was the one who was wrong in that accident, I always hear car insurances are biggest ****s in this country and now I’ve seen it for myself.
