IWYZE Car insurance

I joined Iwyze insurance 2016 15th December, they stipulated the Excesses of R3950 and Additional Excesses of R4500 now am claiming then the panel beater gave me quote of R16845.89 now Iwyze get back to me saying the damage is R5000 based on the agreement with panelbeaters then they say they wont pay it because my excess is more than the damages. What they are doing they combined Basic excess plus Additional excess that is equal to R8450 of which they never told about it.
