IWYZE cannot pay claims out due to SYSTEM problems!!!

Claim paid and submitted on 10 Dec 2020. All documents were submitted and on 18 Dec I followed up and was told they have a system problem and cannot refund me. On 24 Dec I phoned again - no one from Iwyze has been in touch to keep me up to date on the progress (or lack thereof) - again I am told they cannot pay my claim because they have system problems. This is totally unacceptable. Iwyze: you NEVER wait for me to pay my premium!!!! My premium has NEVER bounced or been withheld from you. Waiting 2 Weeks for my claim to pay out is a disgrace. I WILL BE SEEKING NEW INSURANCE.
