IWYZE cancelled policy with no outcome of the claim. my car was written off and I am a wheelchair user.

I had an accident on the 13th May 2018, driving a car with hand controls as I am a wheelchair user. IWYZE has caused me so much stress, I can't even think right now and so much depression because of their treatment. They sent their investigator to me and all has been ok with the claim but upon seeing that I gave them proper information and including my accounts and tracker they now diverted to say they appoint a company called Waidler to check computer box in order to see what was speed yet I informed them that this happened at very short distance and car did hit a tree. Now they have cancelled my policy without outcome of the claim. I am a wheelchair user with no car, my career is at the verge of stopping because IWYZE seem to refuse to assist me. How can they treat people like this, my policy is cancelled with no outcome and my car was written off, I owe the bank that financed me, the claim takes very long and it seems they do this to look for a way not to pay the claim which is so unfair practice for a company like Old Mutual IWYZE. They must pay off my car and let me be. I trusted IWYZE and what surprise me is that they took the premium for this month and last month but the letter dated that the policy was cancelled on the 26th last month. I was involved in accident on the 13th May 2016. This is so unfair and I wish government should do something to deal with IWYZE it becoming a serious issue for consumers and these people don't follow Twin Peaks Regulation and Market conduct law. They are totally doing business in way that does not help consumers and unfair treatment.

My claim still pending but policy cancelled and premium are still taken. The report from Waidler is something I won't even believe good or bad because that service provider reputation is not good at all based on research and how can they gamble with our lives like this. We work hard and losing something and still owe banks is not an issue that is light. Government must do something if Insurance Association is not taking this serious. Ombudsman must look into all these matters, it can't be this way. SO many people complain of similar issues. This is BIG
