iWyze cancelled my life insurance and then ghosted me when I tried to resolve the issue

I'm disappointed with iwyze shame. They sent me a message saying they cancelled my life insurance because I didn't pay, when I then called them to rectify the issue and show them that I actually did pay (I have proof of the debit order), I can't get through to their accounts department. First two times I called, they transferred me the account department and the they picked up the call, the just dropped it and never called back. I then called again and the first person I spoke with took down my details and said they will get them to contact me, never happened. I then called again on a different day and explained the issue to the first person, they then said the will take my details to their manager so that their manager can insist that the accounts department calls me back. I'm still waiting for that call. Right now, I'm sitting here not knowing if I'm insured or not. Oh I also sent them an email with all the proofs of payment and screenshots, still waiting for a response. 🤐 **************** By the way, I posted this on Google reviews and they responded saying they are sorry and asked me to send an email to their complaints department and I did so. So even though they said I should send an email to the complaints department, that department has also not gotten back to me. So I've sent 2 emails now and they have not rep**** to any of them.
