Iwyze call center

It is very concerning that I am forced to come to Hellopeter to get some attention from service providers like iwyze. Do you realize that such bad publicity ultimately impacts your bottom line?

After 15 attempts and over a period of a week, iwyze call centre drops my calls every time the automated system realizes that i am attempting to cancel my car insurance policy.

Whether it’s a systemic issue or a particular agent dropping my calls please fix it.

I am so drained and depressed when I think of Iwyze. All I want is to cancel the policy.
