IWYZE BLASÉ CORRESPONDAND

I had an incident on the 4th of June that ended with my car leaking oil n later towed to a panel beater. A day later find out that my car had to be taken to VW approved panel beater as it is still under warranty. After numerous calls to the insurance my car was finally moved to another panel beater ( a week later). It has been two weeks going on 3 weeks and my cars claim is yet to be finished . The assessment is not yet finalized . I have been making calls each and everyday with a little no help from the agents especially the one that took down my claim. They are no updates or any correspondence with information I literally have to call the center. I have called the panel beater and they say they are waiting for authorization from from the insurance. When I call the insurance the agents say they are waiting for the assessment report from the panel beaters. Am frustrated with the pace of the completion of my claim. My ref is **********
