Iwyze bad service

I have been trying to get answers and assistance on my Policy for 3 weeks now. I am so disappointed with the process and customer service. Till now after almost a month, I have not received any resolution. After many years of dealing with them, I honestly feel that the client is just being abused by the service provider. I really expect a call urgently to resolve all issues.
