iwyze bad service

So Paseka Lekale and his senior managers from iwyze wrote off my car after an accident. After a month they decided to repair some useless parts that will not make my car drivable or back to its state and exclude engine. Currently my car is still written off and am not getting assistance from Mercedees Benz since Paseka had communicated with the company to cancel my warranty and classify my car as a write off. I don't know if this should be regarded as a good or bad service. All I am certain of is that what comes around goes around.
