iWYZE bad service

Very Bad service, a policy have been activated in my name and an amount deducted from my account even after I have clearly advise that I will not be taking the policy before the supposed start date, many mails have been send, calls have been received but when I get transferred to client services I hold the line and wait for about 8min thereafter the line just get's gut.
