Iwyze, AVOID THEM

After 10 months of emails and calls I am still nowhere with Iwyze.

My policy incident records are incorrect and I have tried many times to get answers why there are certain incidents recorded which never occurred.

On my policy Iwyze logged 2 incidents for the same date which never occurred. Like I said even after getting in touch with managers nobody can give me solid answers.

Well for almost a year now I have paid an incorrect inflated premium. They basically *******ly taking my money. Busy resolving it with ombudsman.

Stay away people. Once resolved I will cancel all my insurance policies and withdraw my investments.

Not an insurer to use. Take my advice to avoid this happening to you.
