Iwyze are ****mers period

I was warned by a lot of people and also read on social media about how bad Iwyze insurance is but i ignored,i regret the day i joined them,my car was involved in an accident, i went to police station then reported to Iwyze and submitted the necessary documents and photos, i was told my claim has been rejected due to the fact that their quotation R5000 is less that the excess i m supposed to pay, mind you my car never went for inspections they used those photos,since my claim was rejected i was told to fix it myself. I went to more than 5 approved panel beaters none of their quotations was less than R14000,i called Iwyze asked them to send me their quotation only to find out that they didn't quote everything that was damaged worse they say labour is 210 which is impossible,so i have been paying my premiums for zero, i m tired of fighting with them they give excuses when they have to pay, please stay aware from Iwyze, they r a ****, anyway anything todo with old mutual is nonsense, im definitely moving to a better insurance company, m so disappointed and furious.
