iWYZE approved pirated parts my CX5

It took iWYZE one month to process and approve my claim and I am in the third month now and my car has not been repaired. I was told by the S&K panel beaters that the reason for this delay is, that iWYZE authorized them to order used and pirated parts and they are not available on the market. I am wondering how can an insurance company authorize used or pirated parts unless they want to make a profit. Now the consultant from iWYZE is not responding to my email.
