Iwyze and Straighthrough assessors

The experience I have with Iwyze it’s very bad My claim has taken over a month and no repairs has been done on my car as yet and I do not know why they use this company called Straighthrough assessors because it’s very useless and takes their time to do the Assessment,sometimes they do not pitch for those assignments and they will always recommend second hand parts from eazi parts not new parts from the manufacturer I do not know which deal they have with eazi parts and I would advise any company not yo use Straighthrough assessors as they will lose a whole lot of clients and if Iwyze doesn’t re-look their contract or relationship with Straighthrough they will lose a whole lot of clients due to this company.
