Iwyze and Auto Magic goes mute when it comes to helping clients

I was hijacked in April, lodged a claim successfully, but iwyze didn't give us any updates, one have to call them every time for them to do their job. They took the car to automagic in May, and the car stayed therefor 2 months without being touched, on the 20th of June that's when they started with the car and finished on the 25th. When I went to collect the car, they told me that there was a modulator that was missing and that it will take them 25 days to receive it, they called last week for me to bring the car in to fit the it Nd that it will take them 3 days then I should come and collect the car, today is the 7th day and they tell me that the car is at BMW but on the tracker is shows that the car is still at their premises and hasn't moved since I dropped it last week. This is the most frustrating event and the last time that we are doing business with them.
