IWyze Accident Insurance Claim- Repairs between them and Auto Magic (now Brackenfell/Bellville).

My Nissan Micra's accident was on 03 June 2021 claim was authorized at iWyze +- 5 to 6 weeks ago and my wife Denise and left car at Auto Magic Stikland 4 weeks ago, I think Monday 21st June'21, the next Monday into 28th we were shown our under bonnet and behind bumper's unseen damage and Mr R, ( not mentioning his name in full ) told Denise that he had already notified iWyze about it and awaits the their authorization or receiving order information for new bumper, headlight and a few more parts and will advise Denise on a regular basis about the progress. Well she ended up phoning Mr R and he was busy with a customer/client and told that he'll phone back, well he didn't call her and she eventually called him again, only to be told that iWyze okay'd it to, but the parts will be delivered. On the 3rf Monday still no parts/ spares was received yet as per Mr R. On Friday 9th July Denise and I walked from Kuilsriver to Stikland +- 3kms return walk and Mr R wasn't around and we discovered that they were moving Workshop to new premises. Back at home Denise phoned again and was told by receptionist she will ask Mr R to call her back. He did but then only he mentioned that they busy moving premises and that iWyze has organized for the parts etc yet it seems because the bumper hasn't been delivered, another excuse from him was that due to the Taxis problems his staff has rocked up work but when bumper arrives Monday or Tuesday 12 or 13th the car will be done by Friday 16 July, and the SMS was received stating the will be completed. Well today Thursday Denise and walked from Bellville's Community Clinic for medication {{ I had a severe Stroke on 18 Nov' 2020}} and Denise didn't answer the call because the return walk is +- 4+ kms, so she phoned back and was with someone again and told he'll return call, then Denise sent SMS stating she is waiting for him to call and he did. Once again the Bumper has arrived and again the excuse that iWyze has sorted it out and the bumper takes 3days to be delivered to Auto Magic as it's not there yet and therefore our car will be completed next week . Next as from today in our is the 22 or 23rd July'21. This is very disappointing because I have to be at my Speech Therapy Session in Rondebosch and for 2 Thursday now we had to cancel the appointment. Due to the Stroke I have " Wernicke's Aphasia" , meaning Jargon Talk and even Denise doesn't understand my words most of the time, it's difficult communicating and I an learning to write as well. ( Stroke on left side of Brain affects the right side of body, fortunately after exercising my right leg, foot and right arm and hand has improved my walking and I we are so afraid of riding in Taxis to my Doctor appointments at Bellville Community Clinic that we walk there leaving home @ 06:00 to get there in the queues by 08:20. And these delays between iWyze and Auto Magic is really unsatisfactory for us at 66 years old being messed around like this. We are disgusted. Thanks H D Scott on 15 July 2021
