Iwyze a ****

Old mutual IWYZE is a big ****. I visited Mthatha on the weekend of the 16-17 July 2022. I unfortunately hit a rock or an obstacle on those bad roads in Umtata and my car ended up having some oil leakages. I called IWYZE to collect the car and registered my claim on the 25th July 2022.

IWYZE has been trying all the tricks in the book to ensure that they are not paying my claim.

I waited for 2 weeks and they were saying their assessors are still busy. They came back saying the engine of the car failed coz I drove it for 17km after the accident. I disputed that, they changed the story saying that the problem with my car’s engine started way before the crash.

It’s now almost 2 months these people are not approving my claim at all. It’s really emotionally draining to deal with people who are trying to trick me to end-up not paying what due.

I curse the day I joined IWyze. I would rather advise people not to join this insurance. It’s a ****.
