Iwyze a company full of *****. No honesty

I am here to complain for the 3rd time about Iwyze. The consultants and managers do not take clients seriously. They forced to tow my car to renew it Rivonia when I stay in Midrand. Before going to collect my car Palesa Mogase promised me to refund the money I spent on uber to go collect my car as it was not in Midrand where I stay and not convenient for me. When I got there Renew it had used my petrol and it was lower. They also do not want to pay me for this. Palesa just like her consultant has been ignoring my emails since the 15th of December. I will not rest until I get reimbursed my uber and petrol money that was used. I paid my excess with no issues so I don't understand why me being in an accident puts me at a bad position, my insurance is supposed to place me back in the same position prior to the accident. My petrol needs to be the same and I should not pay extra money to collect my car at a place they picked. I now need Palesa's management to sort this out. What type of values do you live by at Iwyze? You disgust me man
