I had to get stuck on the road for more than 3 hours coz when I called for an emergency tow truck I was told that my details do not pick up. My ID , Car reg number and contact number? Had to get help from another tow truck passing which I had to Pay cash coz my insurance company is not picking up my details but my account gets debited evry month. when I get tranferd to claims the call gets cut So am I please cancel my insurance and reverse all my money since I'm not your client! How can my account get debited monthly but my details are not showing? That's *****!
