I had a very bad with this insurer..am really frustrated now.they don't want to fix my car.they have been taking me from pillar to post..I reneed help from hello Peter to fix this matter.

25 Aug 2022, 11:56On the 23 July 2022 I had a motor vehicle accident on R71 road in Ba phalaborwa municipality. Accident happened around 11am on Sunday between my vehicle Nissan Navara Pro-2x 2022 year model2.5DDTi, license disc number ***4WBNM, FVL 587 L and Audi A1 Simza L, license disc number ***4VGKY. My then insurance towed my car to HENCO BODY SHOP in Phalaborwa on the same day the 03-07-2022 to date. At that time I only had Iwyze for +- two month. They started investigation by asking question telephonically and I answered everything they asked, they requested tracker car data, pictures,police AR and they requested sketch diagram of the accident scene. Including contact numbers of the person who bumped my car I provided all. Yesterday on the 24-08-2022 I received a correspondences from iwyze rejecting my claim on the following basis
1. Gross negligence
2. Misrepresenting of facts
3. Failing to take proper due care and precaution.
According to AR from the police clearly indicate that I have done everything in a correct way. I was bumped on the area were I had right of way. On the white road marking commanding the direction to proceed next yellow painted island. Iwyze never send investigator or assessor to visit the scene to establish what really transpired instead they conducted telephone question to Simza L who is not their member and conclude to reject my claim. They unilaterally decided cancel my policy with them. The real reason behind the rejection of my is because I am a new policy holder with iwyze they haven't accumulated enough premium from my side hence this I'll treatment and consumer abuse. Iwyze is horrible car insurance who who don't have respect to their client they deserve to be exposed in public platforms.
