My name is Tshepo Molefe.

I have a car insurance with IYWISE . In may 2021 I had an incident were i was being chased by the unknown Vehicle on my way back home, And realized that it was a hijack and i had to drive so i could loose the track of that car that was chasing me unfortunately i got involved in an accident , i was saved by security guys, to cut the long story short now i try to make a claim with the insurance company and all i could get am been treated so unfair.

I called the insurance company as my monthly premium did not go through and i spoke to one of the consulted lady Teshika (her name) I asked her what is the procedure that i need to follow as am involved in an accident and my premium has returned she actually assured me that i shouldn't be worried as the managed to debit from the other account. so i was at ease as i know everything has been taken care off.

recently i get call from the claims guys tell me that i have skipped my payment and that my tracker records shows i was driving fast and i did not stop at the stop signs, meanwhile the tracker system was busy updating their system on that same day i had an incident. when i took the policy I was told am going to get trauma counseling and i did not receive any of the things they have listed on the policy.

Am extremely unhappy with the service i got from Iywize, don't care about people's life , they are selling lies to people. all the care about its rooting money and am not surprised people take their dead the branch as OLD MUTUAL they just federal *****'s.
