Iwyze

I joined iwyze insurance for home content for the period of 2 years i lost my laptop through breakin my premises I reported the incident to them and gave them the case no from the police station.I was told laptop does not fall under home content as I can go wherever with it.ok fine I ended up cancelling the insurance without a claim in 2022.but when I check it on my credit history the status shows as if it is still open. I phoned them several times telling me on their side it doesn’t show anything about me..If how come I don’t know.I need them to fix this asap
