iWYZE

A bit more than a month ago I had an sms and also an email on the same day from the above company offering good rates on insurance. I rep**** to both-by email and sms, requesting someone phone me back. Within half an hour a man called Ivan phoned me and I gave him all my details-homeowners, household and 2 cars. he took all the details and said he would get someone called Florence to phone me back. In the afternoon a man phoned-obviously in response either to my sms or email-I didn't get his name. I told him I had given all the details to Ivan and was waiting for Florence to phone me with a quote. He said he would have to find out from Ivan why he hadn't dealt with it himself and would phone me back. No-one ever phoned back and this was more than a month ago. If this is how Iwyze treat potential customers one can only imagine what the service would be like if one had to claim. I have not had any claim in about 15 years maybe longer. No wonder SA businesses do so badly. I would not entertain doing business with iWYZE for one moment after that very poor show.
