IWYZ OLD MUTUAL ****FUL AND ********** ACTIONS

I have tried to cancel my policy since from March 2020 but was unable to due to lock down and no service from Old mutual Iwzye. With Stage 3 implemented, I managed to get through but nobody wants to help me cancel my policy. The manager called DANE was supposed to call me back since my first consultant interaction around 8.45am.He failed to call and I called again and again to cancel and another consultant promised to escalate and still nothing.I made at least 20 calls so far trying to cancel my policy and I am being given the run around while the insurer is ducking and diving so they managed to pull another 3 months premiums from me and still taken for June. This **************** to ***** premiums by refusing to cancel my policy. Can someone please cancel my policy urgently and refund me for past 2 months. Someone Help....
