Yesses let's start with their employees over the phone Ntombi (manager) and Noluyolo it's like they were trained the other way round that you don't listen to the customer the customer must listen to you that Ntombi manager even put me on hold because she said I talk too much wooooow.

The came to fetch the car after 3 weeks after I reported the car accident and I only received the courtesy car after 3 weeks. It's December I told them I'm going home on the 15 December because they delaying the process. I went home Eastern Cape then now they telling me if I don't return the car where I took it from I must pay for dropping it in another province wooooow what nonsense is that when they are the ones delayed the process. This is a ****a shop insurance and I'm moving all my cars to a better insurance and well I'm gonna tell the world about this insurance and their stinky customer service those employees are even rude, Iwyz will remain with the employees and surely they can insure their cars with Iwyz.

How the hell did they expect me to stay in Pta in December and not go home just to wait to return the courtesy car where I took it from wooooow worst insurance company ever.
