Iwyse you suck

I was was insured with Iwyse I had a claim where my garage was broken into and I was paid for it. My second claim was where the electricity pole blew and my tv got damaged they approved it. Now on the 25th of March my house was broken into Outsurance covered my claim but not Iwyse they made me feel like I stole my own safe after I had to give proof of the stuff we had. It took them almost 2 months to tell me they not covering me where Outsurance fixed my broken doors and gate in the first week. I am disappointed and disgusted it the way they treated me. They paid my first claim and my second claim they aproved and took my excess. When my house got broken in to they put everything on hold treating me unfairly. You rely on insurance in time of need they where more looking for loopholes. They are by far the worst people to deal with. I am going to be moving all my policies away from old mutual because of this and definitely not recommending anybody to go withOld Mutual. What would of happened if my house burned down I would of lost everything. But my premiums goes off like clock work when it comes to them getting there money every month. I am so mad about this
