Iwyse ripping us off by not paying for claim.

The service is very poor, i claimed for house insurance because my house got hit by storm and affected my roof. They sent an assessor to look at it and he said it was due to gutter being blocked and poor maintanance. Which was a lie because i got myself a person to look at it and they said it was due to storm which affected the ridges therefore causing it to leak and a bit of cracks. Whats worse is that the assessor while checking my house , he broke my ceiling trap door bcoz he slipt but he never put that in his report. Now i have a broken ceiling and they rejected my claim. The house in question is not more than 5years old. Have disputed claim but till now nothing is done they say they investigating. What are they investigating, and now what am i supposed to do with my broken ceiling in my lounge ?? You know we pay our premiums without fail but now when they have to pay , no its stories.
