Iwyse insurance and Durban central panelbeaters are a waste of time

Pathetic insurance company. Dont ever trust that they will cover your vehicle or pay out. I had a minor accident with only the bumper and front light damaged. 5months later i am still waiting for my vehicle to be repaired and returned. No one is willing to assist me in any way and the panelbeater that they sent me to refuses to give me back my vehicle unless I pay them in full although they have not been able to repair it. I have been calling iwsye every single day and nothing has been done yet.
