I would like to commend Gerhard Oosthuizen & Nonzwakazi Flekkies for professional and good service. My TV, modem and phone was struck by lighting approx 2,5weeks ago. An issue arose when we found out that my broker FNB insurance has double covered me by not transferring my policy to a single insurance company. After discussions with IWYSE the manager honoured the IWYSE guarantee by agreeing to pay out the claim and she would take up with the broker. I am thankful to her and her staff for excellent service.
