iWyse Disgrace!

PATHETIC service! Lost my car keys and phone while hiking on Table Mountain, more than a week ago they still haven't responded to my emails. Finally I managed to get hold of the amateurs via Skype, and they treated me like a ********, with continuous interrogation about how I lost the keys. Go read the numerous ****** emails I sent, and listen to what I'm telling you over the call. All of this **** just to find out that they have no idea how to help me, and that they can only cover up to R2000 of the costs!! Pathetic! They don't even know how to get new keys made for me...just told me I need to get a quote and they can cover up to R2000. This is not even half of either the key cost, service cost or towing cost. Should I go buy toffees with it? DO NOT TRUST THIS BULL**** INSURANCE!!! They're out of their depth!
