Iwyse car insurance

I made an enquiry about car insurance from iwyse, the advert says if they if they can't beat my insurance they will pay R505, so after the assessment with the person i was talking to on the other line, they just hand up on me after i told them how much I'm paying on my insurance, so i requested another assessment after 2 weeks and the person on the phone said my profile has been locked. He said he will call me back... This week i have been getting calls from them but when i answer they hang up, so how does this happen? Do they really pay if they cant beat yoir current insurance?
