iWIZE (Old Mutual) Goes out to ensure that they do not pay your claim

Old mutual iWize insurance is declining my Claim, They hide behind the so called reputation letter which they request things that are not agreed to in the policy. Two of the reasons my claim was rejected was that: 1. I refused to give them name and contact of a friend i was with at some point during the day - This is against the POPI act. 2. They reject because i did not send a towing invoice of the towing company that towed the vehicle - I repeatedly told them that the car was not towed and i drove it, however these fell onto deaf ears. But they continue to debit my account without fault every month.
