Iwize is always experiencing high call volume and you can hold more than 1 hour still not get help.

I am struggling with Iwize insurance I can not get hold of them is always says their experiencing high call volume, I hold my phone for 30 minutes when am at the caller number one from caller 70 waiting for consultants to help it tells me that consultants are not available, is being a tow month looking for no claim latter so that I can claim to the third party insurance but I can't find assistant from I wize on this *** *** ***
